Has anyone used Commvault or Novastor backup software on their Windows 2000 Servers (Exchange,SQL) and what problems if any have you run into with either one software?

We're using Galaxy, but I've not heard of Novastor. If you're goign to be backing up Windows, and Exchange, take a look at this link Or, go to microsoft.com and search on CommVault. Microsoft owns part of the company, and their document on how to back up the Microsoft Enterprise mentions only one backup vendor....CommVault. It works great, and can back up Exchange down to the object level (email, contact, note, etc.)

Their Exchange support is not exclusive to CommVault. Other BU vendors have the same functionality.
What is your environment? They are a good solution if your a small shop but there can be issues in larger environments with many distributed systems. OK though if your all Windows. Nice UI also.
