Commvault Exchange archiver stubs

some of my users are having a problem opening stubbed messages from their outlook. They get the following error....

DMRS: Failed to get response from restorer. (err=39)

My users are using both Outlook 2003 and 2007. They all have the Commvault Outlook Add-In installed. Has anyone seen this before?
 
Hi hobbsb1,

I'm also getting the same error and its only started happening recently. I can view the contents of the backups through commvault and can even manually recover through the commvault console so I know the backup data is ok. But for some reason no one in my organisation seems to be able to restore via the outlook add-in anymore.
 
Seems to have rectified its self over the last week so must have been a duff update that was pushed out and screwed it up.
