Communicator logoff Hardphone

Hi,

We juste upgrade to 10.1 a customer who was using the video softphone, now he use the communicator.
Before with video softphone, when they log in with the softphone the hardphone was logged off.

Now with communicator, they work simultaneously.

Any idea if it's possible to force the phone to logoff when the communicator log in ?

There is the "Telephony Only" mode of Communicator where it doesn't do Simultaneous Mode, that may do what you want but I can't find the details of how to set it up in that mode now.
Something like have the User as Basic User and configure an Extension record (you don't usually have one for Communicator), but it was a long time ago...
