Communicator and Presence

HI,
Been battling with an issue.

we have installed a 10.0 SP3 Virtual SE
One X server running on it

can connect to the one X portal as a user and change presence etc.

can log into the open fire and see users
can log into port 5222 from swift and chat change presence etc.

Communicator though won't connect.

when you open up the config in AppData it shows the correct Presence server address yet we get this message in the log.

does anyone have any ideas?

We sorted it out
upgraded one x to 10.0.4 and it works!
