Hey Guys,
I have a client we are implementing Communications Assistant Pro on a KX-TDE100. 25 Pro Licenses.
We have 15 of the computers running the software just fine.
But 10 of the computers will not!
The software installs just fine but then it will not launch the software. Keep getting and error that" Communications Assistant has stopped working"
I have tech support working on it for me but thought maybe someone had ran into this before.
All PC's are Windows 7 Pro, 32 Bit. I know it can't be the software but need to help the IT guy figure out the issue.
