Communications Assistant client Password Reset

Hi!

Really appreciate your help with this one.

I've followed the usual procedure found on this forum and NS700 manual.

program *1 manager password then 91 (enter) extension number (enter) press hold then program to exit

for some reason when I dial *1 it states "already in use"

could any one please shed any light on this issue.

Probably at that moment you're logged into WEB MC.

Thanks for your reply. I did try to logout of the MC. I'll reboot the PBX and retest.
