Communications Assistant client, password reset? 1

Hello all,
I have a TDE100+TVA50 with users running CA Basic Express client(the free version of CA) in a serverless configuration. Does anyone know of a way to reset a password for a user?

Reset password for ca

program *1 manager password then 91 (enter) extension number (enter) press hold then program to exit

That's great, thanks! Is there any way to input that remotely via the PC programming tool? I have remote access, but I would like to avoid a trip there if possible. Also not sure if there is anyone there I can count on to do it right. Thanks again.

Does this reset it to no password, or some default?

No password. You log on first time with password blank. It will pop up with password box once logged on
