I have 2 issues.
I just re-installed this for a customer and I can't get the caller-id inbound to work. I also can't get any of the web reports to show anything. When I click on a web report like Detailed calling by extensions, it doesn't even try to open anything. Is there something that I should be aware of for the report to pull?

On the caller id inbound. in CMD 14-01 I have SMDR printout turned on. in CMD 35, smdr is set for LAN. We are getting data, just no caller id. Any thoughts would help.

Was it re-installed in a newer version of windows?

I reinstalled in the same version of windows. Server 2012.

I been going through the call flow. Not sure if this matters, but the person who set this up originally, has the main DID number going to an ACD group that has no members. But the overflow goes to another ACD group with agents. I am wondering if I am loosing something in the overflow transfer.

I got it working....... I think it was those settings in 35 that were not right. I went through them 1 at a time until things started working. Thanks

Well caller id is working. Web reports is still a dead issue.
