Communication Link Failure

Please, I need Help!!

Lately we are getting a Communication Link Failure with certain Applications that are connecting to our Databases. I feel the message cannot tell you exactly where/what the problems are. We checked the SQL Server and everything looks fine. I'm the DBA and needs to give answers.

Any idea?
