communication exceed on P.C "wall, .." commands

Hello,
We have exceed 6.1 and Unixware server 7.1.
The commands to communicate with other terminals or session
don't work." wall write ,...". Any solutions.

How about using:
xterm -display (ip address of the other terminal)
-title " The message"
