Communication Error

Has anyone seen this error before?
Communication Error
Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running. If this problem continues, please contact the system administrator.

I have been getting the above error all day.
I have rebooted the server and all the services are running.

Running is sometimes not enough..Have you explicitly enabled them?

In the CMC you cna go to the Servers page and select them, then choose Enable..

If you cannot get into the CMC, on the CCM ( the one that has the Crystal services) there is an icon on the menu line that looks like a server with a check mark ( immediately to the right of the restart icon )..
Click it, log in to the system and select enable all..

I checked and they are enabled.

Okay, I went into the CCM and clicked on the icon of the server, but it does not allow me to log in.
Although I do have admin rights on the box.

I went in without a user id/password, but they ALL have a check.
