This is a similar question that has been put forward before,so apologies if there is resembelance.

I have just started using Crystal Enterprise, and have came across problem with message in browser "Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running.."

I wanted to use the launchpad to help me publish reports on web,but I am getting the mainpage from the launchpad and then getting the message "Communication failed..." when I click on any of the links.(not a good start)

Having went into the Crystal Configuration Manager I cannot seem to start the APS.All other servers are started.Bit confused.

Check the NT services to determine that the Crystal APS (and all other Crystal services) is configured to automatically start (and to ensure that it exists).

If you're low on disk space, the APS won't start (temp files).

If the account cannot log into the APS database you may experience this too.

And there are other causes...
