I have tried everything that I can thing of with this. Stopped, restarted server services. Uninstalled server and client. I have checked COS and license and options for thier necessary settings. Still my lines are missing from the communication field. I even removed Miaudio and reinstalled it. I am now pulling my hair out. I believe this was cause from using the Mitel Configuration Tool for the MAS server. Does anyone know any good troubleshooting steps for the no lines issue.

Just as I suspected the configuration tool overwrote all of my night1 station service assignment COS entries. I set it back to 1 for everyone. I would be nice to have some better documentation on that product given the havoc it is capable of instilling in your life.
Bottom line if you use the configuration tool to integrate ME, Nupoint, or teleworker for MAS, be sure you export almost every form out of the system. Because you will have to reimport these later.

Yeah, I got burned as well.
You can de-select the 3300 changes to avoid some grief but then you have to program the 3300 manually.
Luckily, I already had all the forms exported.
