A client recently changed to a cloud server and changed IP adresses. This client has two BCM50e.The local office has DNs in the 500s,the remote office has DNs in the 800s.While making IP address changes to the local office, the system crashed.A level 1 reboot was performed and the keycodes were recovered. The IP address changes were made in the local and remote BCMs.The remote office can now intercom the local office(any station)and the call can be answered and the remote party can be heard but they cannot hear the local party. When the local office tries to intercom the remote office the session shuts down in 3 seconds. When plugged in to the local switch I can log in to the remote BCM and using the BCM monitor can see the session setup, but it shuts down in 3 seconds. Please any clues would be helpful.I'm sure in rebuilding the local office something was missed. The local is a R1 BCM50e.The remote office is a R3 BCM50e. Thank you Ben

Try with this:

1.- check ip address, subnetmask and default gateway are right on boths BCM
2.- Check with your network manager for bcm ip address are registered in DHCP server
