Hi guys,
I have a very specific question and hope someone can give me a hint.
Using an NS700 and around 20 telephones (NT-55). I've problems with one specific connection from the CA-client to the NS700. If you try to log in via CA in my case with the extension no. -24 the fault, extension line not available or password wrong is shown up.
Of course, there is an extension -24 registered in the trunk and calls via phone to the number are possible, so a leak of connectivity couldn't be the issue.
If I choose another extension number e.g., -25 a connection from the same CA resp. PC to the trunk is possible.
I have access to all possible manual for the NS700 and look up in the programming manual: in the web console under extension, function 9 the CA integration for no. -24 is enabled. The password for no. -24 was reset by the web console, so in my opinion that shouldn't be a problem either. The IP and port numbers which are used in the CA are of course the default one in our company.
Thanks a lot for your answers and solutions.
