Hi,

I'd like to open a stream (like stdprn or stdaux) to a network printer. How can I do this?

I guess my "sub-question" would be: How were stdio, stdout, stderr, stdprn (and the others) created? How can I create my own streams?

Thanks a lot in advance, Stephane.
