Communicate between DMZ and INSIDE

Hi there,
I have PIX 515E with 6.3 CISCO IOS
Please note still we are using "CONDUIT"

DMZ Server 192.186.25.2 (web Server)
INSIDE 10.0.0.77

I need to talk back and forth with web server (BAckup, ping)

Please let me know the command that should execute?
