Commscope Tool for jack and faceplate removal--anyone have experience with all the uses?

A bit unclear. Are you asking what other things the tool can be used for beyond its intended purposes, or are you asking about how the tool should be used for its intended purpose of jack removal (CommScope does have usage instruction documentation)?
