Common Profile in 5.1

In CCM4.2 there is a common Profile which you assign to users which allocate MOH, Softkey etc allowing you to make mass changes to a group of like users through changing settings in common profile however in 5.1 though the profile exists it does not seem to do alot. If I want to allocate different MOH to group of users, the current set up is to use DP`s per group- Am I missing the point with the profile in 5.1. Does it re-appear again in a later release, if so which one?
