I want to set common printer for all user so that user can not set printer whenever they logon first time.

You'll probably want to do that with a logon script then. What Operating Systems are involved here? Any servers and what OS?

As MaestroG has rightly pointed out, you will need logon scripts to set the common printer. Only make sure the printer driver is there on the server(silly me..) and that the printer is shared. Furthermore you can prevent the user from setting printer by using policies. I believe you are talking about NT4 server and workstations. In case of 9x nodes you may need to have compatable drivers.
Hope this helps.. wiedersehn
