common oids to determine router health

In CISCO-PROCESS-MIB, cpmCPUTotal5sec, This is specific to cisco devices.
This will give you the cpu usage of router/switch for every 5 sec. Simillar to this we have for 1/5 min.
I dont see any vendor independent mib that helps in monitoring the cpu.
