Sure. Go to Start > Run > and type in SFC.
Choose to extract one file from the CD.
Browse the c:\windows\system folder, and highlight shell32.dll
Extract it.
It's just a library of icons anyhow, and can do no harm, but it's gotten corrupted somehow.
