Common Dialog box needs to show in toolbox

This must be the most simplest thing because all the sites I search just assume it is in the toolbox. Mine isn't.

I am using VS.net 2005 for asp applications

I did find when I right click toolbox and go into choose Items, then the tab for com components, I found in the list Microsoft Common Dialog control version 6.0 (sp6) I clicked it on. I hoped this would give me the dialog area in the toolbox.. Nothing.. (I just guessed since no one told me, but I was hopeful. I could be way off.)

Can anyone tell me how to add dialog to the toolbox?

the common dialog box is for windows applications (local to the box), not web applications (code on server). if you need to upload a file use the file upload control.
