We use a common calendar on Exchange to indicate employees out of the office, meetings, calls and so on. We span three time zones for our small little company.
When someone in the mountain time zone enters an appointment via Outlook, the time gets all out of whack in the common calendar. It is displayed in the time zone of the person that entered as opposed to being translated to the time zone of the person viewing it.
Is this legit, common and fixable?
