Linux Newbie Here...
I've been going round in circles and it seems there is no quick solution to sharing a "common address book" between a RH9 distro running a Samba Domain with several WinXP Pro clients using MS Outlook 2K as there mail app.
Just when I think I have the right information (which most likely I did ~ just didn't know what the heck I was doing I guess)...I end up getting confused to the point of no return...
LDAP, Postfix, Procmail, qpopper, fetchmail etc...now I'm really confused.
So, to explain what I am wanting to do one more time...have a 'common address book' (stored on my Redhat distro with Samba Domain) which I can access from any of my WinXP Pro clients using Microsoft Outlook 2k.
Let me apologise in advance as I think this request has been posted 'more than once' (hehehe)...
