Commercial Anti-Virus Products

I have currently inherited a small business network. There seems to be a virus problem. There anti-virus software is f-secure. The software is not doing a good job because it is not disinfecting or isolating the viruses that are found. What the documentation recommends is if the software is not able to disinfect and you cannot delete you should rename and then you can delete files. I do not have a history with F-secure, I mostly use Norton -which I have my complaints with but I am always able to solve the problem. WIth this said - I am looking for information where antivirus software is rated and further educating myself in this area. If anyone has any feedback on F-secure I would greatly appreciate this also.

Thank you for the info. The server has antivirus version 6.3 and the workstations have f-secure antivirus 2005.

Sorry, it was a typo. The version is F-Secure Windows NT server 5.3 as opposed to 6.3.

f secure is a bitlike Norton and likes to take over one's machine?

I'm currently running e-tust 1 year free trial with anti vir as a back up scanner, there are a few big changes in the pipeline for anti vir by Xmas with possibly version 7 coming out and they have just changed their updates to smaller incremental!
