Commerce Server :- Problem With CacheManager Object

I am using commerce server for a shopping cart. Server that i am using has 1GB of Memory, and the traffic on it is also very low. I am caching the product catlogs using Cache Manager. I have not set any value to the RefreshInterval of the Cache Manager object, so that the cache object once created, never gets expired. But it is been observed that commerce server loses the cache object after certain time roughly around 1 or 2 weeks. I would like to know any one has faced this type of problem, then how it is/can been resolved.
