Commerce Manager Error

Hi I am facing a problem with the commmerce manager.
Though the partner information is in place,It writes an error message like this--

Please check the Trading Partner information in the Interchange below.
Commerce Manager was unable to find a valid tradelink
Files checked were xtpoedi.tsv, xfgoedi.tsv, and xtsoedi.tsv, all in the share directory

Error data follows:

Interchange Sender Qualifier: ZZ
Intercgange Sender: MERT
Application Sender: MERT
Interchange Receiver Qualifier: ZZ
Intercgange Receiver: MESG
Application Receiver: MESG
Functional ID Code: FA
VersionRelease: 004010X098A1

Following is a list of IC index | FG index numbers that failed: <IXSet>1|1<\IXSet>

End of Operations Error

Any Help towards this is Appreciated.

If the export.mmc map hasn't run you'll get this error.

How soon did you test the file after entering the TP info in CMGR and how frequently does the export map run.... I think default usedd to be every 30 minutes but not sure.

Also, make sure you've selected the correct x12 info when setting up the partner..... X098A1 not x098 and FA not another option.

Finally..... make sure you are pointing to the correct DSN.... If you updated Prod and are dropping against test.....
