Under invoicing is there a way to add a line without amount or GL as a comments line where we write some invoice specific comments ?

Which invoice? A/P, A/R, O/E, or P/O?

Yes, just add a line with zero amount, and customize the invoice form so it only prints the comment when the amount is zero. You still have to use a distribution code or A/R item.
