Comments on checkout and Search Engines

Is there a place in miva to add a comments box at checkout or would I need a module. Wanting it so custmers can put what item or scent they want free at checkout. Thanks

Second question: Whats the best way for search engines with miva. I have noticed that I get errors with spider trying to get through past home page. Is there something else I need or something else to do?

There are add-on modules that will allow you to collect additional checkout data. See mvcool.com for some of them.

What errors are you seeing with the spiders? There are many MM sites with thousands of dynamic pages indexed, so there is no inherent reason why you should be having problems.
