Commenting : ver 6.0 can't write pdf files fully compatible with 5.0

Hi everybody!
While using the commenting tool with my Acrobat 6.0, I had the necessity of rewriting the file in 5.0-compatible-mode, so that other reviewers could see my comments. It seems, though, that only the call-out notes are visible, while for instance words deleted and rewritten, or added within the text, are shown by Acrobat 5 as blank comments. Is there a way for me not to repeat a long and tiring commenting work also in the older version ??

Alot of the features in Acrobat 6 are not available earlier version of Acrobat.
I would suggest to whoever has Version 5 to upgrade or at least get version 6 reader
