command utility to export username and password to file

is there some sort of utilities out there that I can use to export the local user account and password to text or other format?

I'm not aware of anything that will dump the password, but csvde will dump the user accounts to a .csv file.

There are tools that will dump the password, but they don't always do so completely accurately. For example, John the Ripper will only dump up to 8 characters and it puts them all in upper case.
