Command to re-insert CD? 1

We do most of our support remotely, and sometimes when using a CD or DVD drive, the CD will eject.... and we need a way to re-insert it remotely...

Does anyone know of a way to cause the CD tray to slide back in by using a command, or something? This is a SONY DVD drive...
