Command to find files whose tags changed

- Is there a command to undo any changes that are done in CVS?. specifically is there a way to get rid of all the tagging that was done today? OR get the files back to how they were tagged on a specific day in the past.

- Is there a command to list all the files with a specific Tag? or files with a specific text in the commit message?
