Command (script) file

If i have 6 consultant, A-F,all with mileage allowances for company cars, how can i create a command file to update the mileage allowance by 7.5% for those consultants in A-C?
Grades have the simple entity name of 'Grade'!

dunno about no script file, but in sql this would be

update consultanttable
set mileage = mileage * 1.075
where grade in ('A','B','C')
