Command lines,scripts,tools to remove user accts, group members, share

Hi,

Does anyone know of any good tools, command lines, scripts to remove:

1. domain accts across multiple Servers (in hundreds)
2. local user accounts for Servers
3. users from network shared folder (multiple shared folders)
4. remove users (local and domain users) from local security policy for few hundred Servers

Pls advise. Thks.
