Command line to list procedures and veiw in Database

Command that will list all the procedures and views loaded in the database using interbase 5.5 interactive SQL??
 
You can use

SELECT RDB$PROCEDURE_NAME from RDB$PROCEDURES to view the name of all the procedures in the database and
SELECT RDB$VIEW_NAME from RDB$VIEW_RELATIONS to view the name of all the view in the database

You may need admin preveleges to execute the aforementioned staments though.To know more about system tables please refer to INTERBASE LANGUAGE REFERENCE.
