Command Line paramerters.

Hi guys,
I want my program to open up files by using the command line &play , but with a twist. If you look various programs add little sup options when you right click a file.

Ex

somthim.mp3 > Opem
Play

I want my program to put the file path in the &play paramater and launch my prog, when the user selects play on a file.


Any ideas,
I know if involes the registry.
