Is there a commend you can put in the switch to log off an agent?

I'm a tremendous phone newbie, sorry for the dumb question.

Thanks!
Crasty

The only way I know how to do it is remotley through a TUI.

For logging out agents:
Make sure the COR on both the Agent’s COR and Remote Access COR is set to “y” for Remote Logout of Agent = Y (on page 2) of “Disp COR xx.
Dial into the extension you defined for Remote Access xxxx and wait for a dial tone (the dial tone your hearing is from the PBX now, enter you barrier code and your hear silence and then a dial tone again, you in! Now select the FAC that you want to use to log out an agent or any other task and then the agent id, or corresponding extension.

This assumess you have "Remote Access" enabled. Sorry, forgot to include this aspect.

one other way is to list agent staffed, find out what extension they are on then busy and release the extension.

cheers Jay

Milletary has the right idea

but instead of using remote access, you can write a vector for this purpose to allow you to password protect access and then dial the remote logout feature code

Page 194 of the Call Vectoring User guide has an example of a similar vector used for remote service observing, which is easily adapted for remote log-out of agent
