While perusing the CMC folder today doing some troubleshooting, I noticed the NCR Command Center Site Health Agent. Does anyone know what it is used for, or have you used it in the past? The config file makes it look like an uptime monitoring and logging application, but I have yet to have a chance to play with it.

Command Center does health monitoring (backlight time, magstripe reads, etc) so it's probably for that. I believe some of the options only work for Radiant hardware devices.

I attempted to run it, but the Pre-reqs were not there. CMC natively pulls the basic hardware diag without this program. Now, I have heard that the NSS team has a program that checks for network and beyond heath, which makes me wonder if this is it. However, none of the tech's know about it, or just deny it exists ( per our rep ).

Is this the program you are talking about. If so let me know and I will share it with you. You will have to send me email to get link.

I've got the DU utility. The below image shows the location under Program Files x86.

if you would like to work on this together offline let me know. You can then post the results back here later. I have only read about this program, but have not had a site to actually use it on. So it would be nice learning something new.

I'm trying to find the time to run this program and see if I can see any details. My gut instinct says that the data gets sent back to NCR instead of logged to a file. Either way, i'll let you know when things move along.
