Hi,

I am having problems getting a command button to work. I have inserted a 'print current record' button using the wizard. However, the button prints ALL records.

I have used this button before and it worked fine. This time I am trying to put this button on a sub-form. Could this be what is causing the problem???

TIA for any help.

Your problem is that you are not specifying which specific record you wish to print. You need to add a criteria to the query that populates the report, that dictates the location of the reference for the individual record.
In the criteria row of the query enter something like:
Forms!frmMain!frmSub!referenceNum

That will cause the query to obtain that information before populating the report.
