I have a report that is displayed in preview mode. I would like to have buttons on the report that would allow the report to be printed or emailed.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You cannot add command buttons to a report, however, you can create a custom menubar or toolbar.

It doesn't even have to be custom, as the File menu has those two options by default.

Is it possible/practical for your application make a form that has buttons to preview, print, and email?

One last thing: Sometimes I wonder; "Is that someone's signature? Or do they type that at the end of each post?

And if you did make a small form that did that, couldn't you just have that open when the report loads, and position/size it to make it looks nice?

Thanks for the suggestions. I used Remou suggestion.
