Command button not working on one users machine?

I have created a form with a command button that automatically creates and email addressed to the the email value for that record.

This works on every machine except one...

What could the reason be and can you suggest any solutions?

Probably you will get a good answer if you post the error message, operating system , access versions etc..

Most likely, there is a configuration issue on that PC where MS Office (Outlook) or MS Access is not properly installed. Or another application was installed that perhaps overwrote/replaced libraries inadvertly. Suggestion is to reinstall required software and then compare files on problem PC to files on functional PC. htwh,
