I am hoping this can be done.

I have a Continus form that displays all records that Status is equal to 1. I have a command button that will then email a linked report. I want to addd a command button that will close the form but also will change all related records to status equal to 2. Thus making them not show up next time form is opened.

Hope I am making sense
Brian

WHERE StatusID = 1
Then Created a Command button that Runs the query.

I have a command button that will then email a linked report
Could you please post the code behind this button ?
