I have SMDR working on a AP00 card. Unfotunately it does not work for all stations.I have about 460 stations in one PBX, 180 in the second PBX and 62 in the third PBX.
That is a total of 702 stations. If I look at command 1249 in command manual, it seems that all the station are set to 3 (1249>xxxx:3-).

Could this be my problem?

The manual says that only 504 stations are controlled in order of station registration.
Does this include the stations from the other PBX.

I'm confused about this command...

First off what type of 2000 do you have and what revision? If all you are using the AP00 for is Call Accounting then you can leave 1249 to a 3. Have you checked 1305 and 1306 for each extension? Also are you getting data from all 3 switches or just the first one? What is command 05 set to for the ap00 card?

I have a IPS version SC-3385 K1-0003.00.
The card is also connected to a AD-64 voicemail system.
Command 1305 is set to 1 because I do not need incoming call and 1306 is set to 1 for outgoing calls.
I am getting data from all 3 switches but SMDR is not working for many stations in my IPS.

Command 05 is set like this:

050>00:00-
050>01:00-
050>02:00-
050>03:00-
050>04:09-
050>05:11-
050>06:04-
050>07:07-
050>08:12-
050>09:15-
050>10:15-
050>11:15-
050>12:15-
050>13:15-
050>14:15-
050>15:15-
050>16:NONE-
