'COMMA' PROBLEM

I have a certain font that in Illustrator when I hit the comma button it's a comma, but when I hit it in Indesign it comes out an other character. Any insight would be appreciated.

What vs of InDesign?
What vs of Illy?

Oh sorry about that. It is a True Type. I have Indesign 2.0 and Illustrator 10.

It may be a font problem. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the font? If the font is corrupt, reinstalling may correct it.

ID is very touchy about the quality of the fonts it uses. Mamy of the free fonts that are available over the net are inferior, and while they will work on other apps without a hitch, ID is much more critical in what it will allow.

When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
