We are facing an issue when the users are trying to open a report from Enterprise in design mode, the following error is received..."UNABLE TO RETRIEVE CLUSTER MEMBERS. TRANSPORT ERROR: COMMUNICATION ERROR".

There is no firewall present and the version is CE 10.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
