Coming out of group

I have an IP412 with a large mixture of DT2050 and DS2420 handsets.
Each user is using Phone Manager Pro.
The software is V2.1(27).
All types of handset are automatically being removed from various groups.

Is this a know issue and if so what is the solution
V2.1(31) or V3.0(531) or a patch for Phone Manager?

Any help must appreciated.


 
this has been a known issue & should have been resolved with PhoneManager V2.1.10 or V2.1.12
the release notes calimed that iit had been ficed in Phonemanager V2.1.8 but they were incorrect
 
Am i right in saying i only need to upgrade phone manager then and not the system?

Can i just copy the PM files into the correct directory on each machine or will i need to uninstall and reinstall PM on all 200 machines?



 
Correct upgrade phone manager

The problem has been detailed in theis forum on a number of threads but basicaly going into prefferences in PM is enough to take the user out of group

Is should be sufficent to just replace the PM exe fiel with the new version, but test thoroughly I could be wrong!
 
Also check the user has not incorrectly configured Agent mode on PM pro, this will take a phone out of groups if not configured correctly & is not a fault
