Comfort Greeting on OS7030

Hello,

Can some one send me a guide on how to setup a comfort greeting on a Samsung OS7030. I have a client who has two pstn lines and when the receptionist is business I would like to have a message stating that there business and to hold onto the line and then get the MOH with another message every 30-45 sec. I would appreciate help on this. Thank you

its on the web interface of the iT tool also look at group settings for queuing

This would be better done via groups, change the grp to UCD, then in programme 607 set up the queuing and set the prompt number/s that play also any final destinations.

also bear in mind with two analogue trunks , you may get a large number of unhappy customers or indeed people who cant dial out
