comdial voicemail system prompt 125

Hi,
I need a comdial voicemail system to play prompt #125:
"to send this mssg, press 1, to review the mssg, press 2, etc." ONLY ONCE. It repeats the options 2 times for the listener. Anyone know how to make it play only once? Thanks, daveybc

I ve searched the KeyVoice I & M manual and couldn't find the proceedure to change the amount of times a voice mail prompt plays. However, I did find proceedures on how to omit or add system promps. Let me know if you need them.

Hi,Thanks for looking. Unfortunately, I have already read that section myself and couldn't find the information I really need. I am considering re-recording the greeting but wonder if that same prompt (rerecorded) will still play twice. I'm wondering if the prompt is pre-rerecorded twice but the sample you can listen to plays only once. I have also checked all options available in the vm.cfg file to no avail. Not to many comdial techs out there it seems, hope someone out there might have some more thoughts on this problem. Thx again, daveybc
